Today I've got three more Autumn nail polishes to induct into my ever growing collection of seasonal hues - which, might I add, is becoming worryingly larger by the day. These latest additions are from the Mavala A/W Sublime Line and come neatly packaged in a modest 5ml bottle as is standard with the whole range - definitely a plus for polish hoarders like myself who's tastes move on too quickly to ever actually finish a full size.
The shades include Poetic Rose*, a creamy take on it's namesake and a nice change from the dark berry tones I've adorning my fingertips with recently, Twilight Blue* a pure navy and my personal favourite of the bunch somewhat making up for a missed purchase of Essie's Limited Edition After School Boy Blazer and last of all Warm Grey*, a nude with an edge. I usually struggle to find neutral shades to suit me but this one pairs perfectly with my paler skin tone for a natural nail that has a hint of Winter depth about it.
The formulas are well pigmented and rich, becoming opaque in just two coats. They don't take long to dry either making for the perfect quick fix mani that can be popped in a bag for instant on the go nail assistance. The only problem? I'm now itching to see what else Mavala have to offer..
